It's unbelievable how much went wrong. But here goes. My car was recalled for the second time. They would only let me take it in on a weekday and I had to wait for it. Only after complaining could I take it in on a saturday. Well first of all I was told to go in for 8 in the morning. Then when I arrived, they said the technicians didn't start till 8:30? Then they conveniently did what they called a "free healthcheck". This is where they try and find something wrong with your car to get more money out of you. They said I needed two new front tyres. I washed the car just after and found they had left some oil/adhesive on the bonnet, which they were working on. I struggled to get this off. There's still some on now. I took it to another garage 2 days later, and they showed me that in fact the tyres were fine. I've stopped taking my car here as every time they find something wrong and over charge you for the work. Last time it was £60 to change my windscreen wiper blades that apparently needed changing... Be careful!
