Dreadful service and communication

Purchased a new car from Bristol Street Motors Stafford. Should have been delivered today at 11100hrs.
1130hrs no car, I call the dealer to be told they would look into it and call me back. 1220hts I call again (no call back received) to be told it’s not due for delivery until next week, not on transporter. Prior to this I have sorted Ford Drive away insurance and changed the details on my policy….
Manager - Dominic agreed a full refund. 1645hrs today (13/04/24) no refund pending I call to speak to Dominic. Unsurprisingly he’s ‘with a customer’ and will call me back. It’s now 1740hrs, no call back and dealer now closed until Monday. I am livid.
Appalling customer service and they still have my money for a car I am no longer having

Where has the service gone?

Had my Ford C Max serviced on 23th September 2021 at Stafford Bristol St Motors, as I have been for last 9 years. Car would not move off the drive on 13th October 2021. Rang Bristol St Motors for advice - none. Rang A1 Autos in Wolverhampton Road who took the car to their garage and found that the battery needed replacing. Checked the sheet given by Bristol St Motors and it stated that the battery had been checked ? After 9 years bye bye Bristol St Motors.

Poor service no morals

Miss sold warranty changed terms & conditions when it suited them, basically said as I had some warranty work already done I should be grateful, even the manager doesn’t know the terms & conditions & the sales director says we do not go through the terms & conditions with you ? Only saving grace is they did call me & contact me when they said they would but only to tell me they wouldn’t be honouring the warranty, service plan is also a very expensive way to get your car serviced !! AVOID PLENTY OF GOOD GARAGES AROUND WITH CHEAPER CARS AND BETTER MORALS

Don't Care attitude to warranty repairs

It's a shame I have to give such a low rating. I took my Ford Focus in 4 times to have its Automatic Gearbox fixed after severe juddering. Each time they promised to have fixed it, but each repair only lasted 6 months before the problem came back. The same has happened again, but Bristol don't want to know now as the warranty has now expired. Clearly they never found the the real cause of the problem after 3 years and their attitude is fob off the customer with quick fixes rather than take responsibility for doing a poor job in sorting the problem. Needless to say I will be switching to another garage for the repair and servicing from now on.
