Avoid like the plague

The most fraudulent, corrupt place ive ever seen. Cars are intentionally damaged or misdiagnosed to get work and so the "mechanics" can get their time in, sales customers are charged £350 to have a polish applied called Diamond brite, these kits never even leave the building so the customers are stiffed £350 for literally nothing. Service advisors are told to upsell fuel treatments, oil conditioners etc, which cost the company pennies and are just a pour in bottle affair. The customer is charged £30 for this and again they never actually make it into the car. The same happens with brake fluid changes and the stripping and cleaning of brakes amongst a vast array of other things. This is the tip of the iceberg and all managers are well aware of all the fraudulent activity that goes on in this place, but so long as their figures keep coming in and they are making their bonus they couldn't give a toss.

I took m car in on Thursday to fix an issue as the check engine light kept coming on. I picked it up on Thursday night only to have it fully break down and not start again less than 3 miles from there. They were almost going out of their way to be unhelpful and I eventually got my car towed back. They said they would sort this on Friday and when I called then at 2.30 on Friday to say I needed it (due to my sister getting married and I needed a way to drive there) they told me it had not been looked at yet. I have called multiple times on Monday to ask what stage it is at or when it will be ready and cannot get a straight answer from anyone, as of 1pm it had not been looked at and at 2 the manager said he could not tell me what the problem is as it was on a test drive, then he called back at 3 to say they have just sent it for the test drive he told me it was already on over an hour ago. I need my car for work and they cannot give a straight answer and getting them on the phone is hard
