The Manager in charge was extremely rude and unbothered, constantly escalating an already tense and stressful situation. He damaged one of our wardrobes because he didn't disassemble it (even though we paid extra for flatpack) We have not been compensated for the damage despite paying for extra insurance. Also, the tv, microwave and furniture that went into their van came out very dirty.

They were also meant to bring in our bar piano but said it could not be done (claiming several years of experience in moving) and left it in the garage. We had to pay extra for piano movers who moved it with zero damage. At the end of the move, he didn't ask if we were satisfied, he stormed off into his van in a huff, it was the workmen that had the decency to say they were done and goodbye.

If you are looking for cheap, nasty & unprofessional service, then look no further! A masterclass in atrocious customer service. It's no wonder they're not on Trust Pilot, they would be absolutely shredded!

Big Steve & Little Steve moved were very friendly and efficient. Everything was swiftly and carefully moved for us. Couldn’t ask for more really.

"If you’re looking for company that makes promises it can’t keep, then this is company for you. They took five days to put my son’s bed together, which should have been done on same day as unloading the house boxes. On the last day, two men came to finish the job but were unable to do so because there were ‘too many screws’. Fortunately, one gentleman came later and was able to complete the job manually. Additionally, having only one person pack up my 4 bedroom house and garage was not good time management.I also used their cleaning service for end of tenancy cleaning but was not satisfied with results. If you’re considering using their cleaning service, don’t bother as your state agent will charge you £100 less for doing it again. When I contacted Richard about this issue, he refused to refund me for the cleaning service because I had been happy on the day of service. However, I would not recommend their cleaning service as I had to go from room to room checking all standards.

I have met many people in my life, but Richard from BRISTOL REMOVALS is one of the greatest. He is considerate and competent. I contacted them over a recent transfer. Great work was done by Richard and his colleagues. He and his team arrived at my residence at the scheduled time and moved all of my items without incident. Their work has greatly satisfied me.
