Excellent service

Yesterday I took 3 watercolours to be framed, intending to use their bespoke frames and mounts. I spent a good while trying to choose, without success, but Matthew - the owner - asked if I needed some help and then proceeded to give me excellent advice from his many years of experience. I have used Brik A Brak for years and always found them helpful but this time was a particularly good experience and with help, I found what I wanted. Thank you.

Good choice, good value, and good service by friendly staff.

Having had several ready made and made to measure frames from B-a-B over the past 25 years we were happy to return for a simple frame for a Sam Toft print. We were not disappointed being directed quickly and cheerfully to the appropriate rack and then having speedy and friendly service to pay for our purchase. Well done!

Very Poor Customer Service

Very poor customer service; we was rushed in our options to chose the frame.
Lady in the shop showed slight annoyance with our enquiries in regards to framing work, colour scheme and our options; her attention was going to her colleague who was standing next to her wrapping up another picture frame. It was obvious that she was concerned about what the colleague was doing and instead of addressing him 1st and helping him to do that job correctly; she decided to do both at the same time. She did not smile once. We came in the shop feeling jolly and left feeling silly.
