Disgusting service

Brightside Heating sent an engineer who failed to fix my heating. I could not separate the heating from the hot water. This ment that in order to get hot water, the heating had to be left on and this was in August! They then sent another engineer round and charged me £90 to tell me that the first guy hadn't fixed it. Despite meant letters of complaint, which were ignored, they tried to prosecute me!

Brilliant Service

I have been with Brightside for many years now. I have an unusual system (incorporating a Gledhill unit) that no one else would entertain. Gary (Brightside) agreed to cover the whole central heating system at the standard rate. All their staff are pleasant and helpful and respond to problems very quickly.
Recently the Gledhill unit started causing major problems and as usual Brightside were there to support me.
I cannot commend Gary and Brightside enough. Trust me, they will not let you down.

Brilliant Service

My boiler was having problems. I paid for a large well known company to look at it and they tried to sell me a powerflush at a hefty price. I shopped around and Brightside told me over the phone that it was unlikely to need a powerflush judging from the symptoms I described to him. When their engineer came round he checked the water quality in the system and it was fine. It didn't need a powerflush at all. He quickly diagnosed the fault, which was in the flu. He repaired the fault. The price for the repair was extremely reasonable. The engineer was professional and clearly had a great deal of expertise. If I ever have a problem with my system again, I will definitely use them again. I feel I can trust this company. They gave a quality service for a reasonable price. I am now considering taking up their service contract.

Superb service...

I wanted to thank you so very much for curing our boiler of its ills. In particular, I am extremely grateful that you were able to replace the pilot light and make the necessary adjustments that have meant it remains lit, unlike previously , as well as ignites the boiler almost soundlessly, again unlike the minor "explosions" we were experiencing previously.

We have greatly appreciated you and your colleague's professionalism, thoroughness and courteous service.

We would not hesitate to recommend your services to our friends and family.
