Provided estimate of required work free of charge

Jim came to investigate my broken shower. Even though he was not able, ultimately, to repair the valve this was only because it was concealed behind a panel that needed to be removed by a builder. Jim did not charge me at all for his work and was able to advise me on how to move forward. I felt it was very honourable that Jim did not charge me for his investigative work.

A complicated job made simple!

Jim replaced my boiler, new flue, new kick space heater in kitchen and replaced 10 pairs of radiator valves. This was followed by a full system power flush. He was assisted by Nick the electrician. It was a faultless operation. Both were very calm and methodical and we hardly knew they were here, except when we put the kettle on! Highly recommended. The system is now fully operational with the minimum of fuss.
