Magic hands, lovely nature and excellent value

I have had many treatments from Frances and I can honestly say that I have never had any better treatments. She is patient, very thorough and takes time to understand your needs.
I had Hopi ear candling on recommendation to help clear my ears and nose ( I suffer with sinusitis at times). It is a strange experience the first time, but Frances makes you feel at ease very quickly. Then I discovered her other treatments. Her massages are wonderful (I've had quite a few) and as I suffer with a shoulder injury she suggested I try Kinesiology to help with it's movement. Wow!! Such a difference. I've also had Reiki 1 tuition to self heal and attend her guided meditation groups sometimes. I used to be quite stressed and since Frances showed me how to chill I can feel the difference. Other therapists I've been to aren't as thorough and easy to talk with as Frances. She truly dose have magic hands. Thank you.

This therapist changed my appointment by phone to 30 mins earlier. I agreed and she didn’t turn up, I left after waiting 25 mins and she phoned me, insisted I was wrong and refused a refund. Groupon have taken my complaint seriously and have refunded me. A case of money under false pretences.

It seems wires were crossed and I did apologize to you if there was any misunderstanding. When I phoned to ask if you could move your original appointment to half an hour later, to fit in with the times available to book a room at the centre , you kindly agreed as the original time clashed with collection of your grand children from school and would be better for you. I arrived 15 minutes before your appointment time, to be told you had just left . I phoned you straight away to discuss, and you were rude and aggressive towards me. In spite of that, I still invited you to come for your treatment, which you refused. I never take money under false pretences , and as you can see from my Groupon and other reviews, I have many happy customers. I have not heard anything from Groupon, therefore I am unable to comment on your statement regarding them. The centre have also informed me that you phoned their reception and were abusive to them.
