This was a new hairdresser for me - I saw Bev - she was fab-u-lous !! - I asked her for a specific cut (I think was outside her 'comfort zone') and she completely rose to the challenge and I shall definitely be going back.... lovely lady - happy salon. Thanks V

Quite simply I cannot fault the professionalism, kindness and genuine sincerity and support shown by Karl during our appointments. Whilst I don't wish to go into details due to privacy Karl was all of the above and more. A superb advocate to the brand and a phenomenal people person. He knows his job inside out and his flexible, can do attitude is a credit to himself and those working around him. He went up and beyond and offered considerably better service than we had received in Wales. Thank u for all you did for my wife and I in such a short period of time. P&B x
