Business Units

Become part of our BHSS family and enjoy the benefits that come with it. Our business units offer a wide range of services, including electric sockets and lights, which can be used to run your business from anywhere in the building. If you need help with deliveries or need to use a forklift, our reception staff are available to assist you.

Residential Units

We offer a range of units from 25sq ft to 150sq ft, but walls can be removed to increase size if needed, larger units have double doors and lights.

Student Storage

If you need to store your belongings securely but don't want to leave them at your accommodation, we have special deals for students throughout the summer break. Come back in mid-break and get it easy access

Offices Available

We have four offices available which come with free basic Wi-Fi, and a waiting/reception area. Entry is via a private side door and staircase with entry via a keypad or fob. Visitors can be buzzed up from a phone in the reception area.

Building Material Storage

The two large units at the back of the facility are ideal for builders. They are accessed via a private entrance down the side of the building behind two locked gates, so you can

unload/load truck/van. The forklift is available by arrangement free of charge.

Pallet Storage

If you are an online retailer, market trader, ebayer or business unit user who needs storage space, then our flexible and cheap storage solutions are perfect for you. We offer pay per pallet per week solutions which are perfect for storing your goods.
