Don't use these people - I don't even know if the company actually exists
1We booked an online appointment to get a fridge/freezer mended. Neither compartments are working at all, this of course happened over a Bank Holiday weekend so we booked for the first day after the bank holiday were given a time slot and waited.
I was desperate to get this sorted so rang to ensure they had our address correct, only to find the two numbers listed are unobtainable. The mobile number appears to be for various similar 'companies' around the country. No one has turned up. No one has responded to my two e-mails. We now to re-book with another company.
Shocking - I am unsure what their game is but it is not amusing
Inept administration... who knows about the engineering service?
1Their phone staff were friendly, to be fair, so apologies to them for any frustrated bad language. Alas, they may be not be able to manage a booking, but they certainly know how to terminate a call for swearing. At least I saved them the bother of finally explaining the whole debacle.
