Good work but customer service has let them down
4We accepted a quote back last September 2020 to repair an older leaking window (which they installed) & to add an eye viewer to our front door (they installed). I am very disappointed that we have heard no more. If they don't want a job then please tell the client. Customer service & keeping the customer informed are key to business success.
