Shoulder Strain

5
Lindsay was recommended to me to treat a very painful shoulder problem which was restricting my efforts at the gym and on the golf course. She was able to properly diagnose and explain the issue and set me on the road to recovery through a 'gentle' but focused exercise regime. After 4 sessions and 10 weeks of exercise I am now full recovered. Lindsay has also tought me how to rethink my approach to gym work in order to mitigate future strains.

Excellent, professional service.

I have seen numerous chiropractors ( one fortnightly for 2 years!), masseuses, osteopaths etc over many many years to try to offer help for long standing joint problems and muscle pain which have severely impacted on my health. I have had three appointments with Lindsey now and she has already made a big difference in helping to ease and control my problems. She has made me realise that I needed to address the way I think about my pain differently in order to let it stop dominating how I feel and what I do. The initial massage showed that she has a very good understanding of getting straight to the core of the problem and the exercises have helped to further address the management of the pain. I would strongly recommend her and know from the friend that pointed me towards this practice that the other physio is equally good. My one proviso is you probably need to go a few times so she or he can get to the real route of one's problems.

Straightening me up!

5
I've suffered with lower back pain on and off for a few years and have tried various ways to fix the problem with different chiropractors, massages and advice but none have done so until now!

Lindsey could see the route cause straight away and has given me exercises which has sorted out my posture, with incremental improvements, working section by section on my back. With the exercises we have worked on, I have stopped slouching, am standing taller and my whole body feels better! My cycling and golf have both improved and I feel like I can give both my all rather than holding off waiting for my problems to return!

Life changer

Decided to start running - couch to 5k - being an all or nothing the didn't follow instructions and ran too far too fast and was crippled with knee and ankle pain. Came to Lindsey and she spent as much time explaining how I had caused the problem, and how to go back to basics with strengthening exercises - as she did treating and strapping my injured bits.

To me Lindsey enabled me to achieve the 5k without injury and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
