I unfortunately did not have a good experience here. I booked an apppointment, when I arrived there was someone else who didn’t seem like she knew what she was doing. I asked about the dresses which she had little knowledge about. I came to find a wedding dress for myself so when I asked to try the dresses on, I was given the dress and had no assistance putting it on nor asked if i needed help, this is not what I expected compared to other bridal stores. Variety of dresses were very poor, majority were the princess style and although they had a catalogue, they all seemed to be this style. I was then showed some dresses online which by the way were nothing close to what i had described. I then had to wait nearly 2 hours for the owner to arrive, i found this very unprofessional, it looked like she used that time to get herself ready. When she came i received no apology, i felt very rushed as we spoke, she didn’t seem bothered. Bad experience overall, do not recommend!
