Energy Performance Certificates:-

Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) show how energy efficient a property is. By law, the majority of properties that are rented or marketed for sale must have an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) before they are offered to market.

We have produced over 2,500 Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) since 2007 within the Dorking, Reigate, Redhill, Horley and Oxted areas.

An Energy Performance Certificate provides you with information on how to make your house more energy efficient and reduce carbon dioxide emissions. Performance is rated on a scale from “A to G”. “A” is the top end of the scale meaning that your home is very energy efficient and “G” is the bottom end of the scale meaning that there are improvements to be made.

The report gives details on the improvements that can be made as well as a projected figure of how well your house would perform once these changes have been made.
