This professional and friendly business has been essential to our household. In addition to regular (annual) and thorough two-hour annual boiler maintenance visits, the experienced plumbers have drained, cleaned and replaced several of our radiators. Currently not only the heating is at top capacity, but also the house as a whole was left very clean, and there is a notable fresh scent. The pricing is always fair, there is a full-time staff member to answer calls and negotiate every detail.

Initially we called out Stirling Plumbers to inspect a faulty boiler at one of our rental properties to inspect a faulty boiler. We were told by them that the boiler was a write off and needed to be rplaced at the cost of £1900. We were sceptical so decided to call Masterson Plumbing and delighted to be advised that the fault with the boiler was due to a faulty seal! and would only cost £30-40's

Came out quickly (often good tradesmen are busy). Be sure to get an idea of costs. No mention of a £45 callout charge. Get an estimation of the hourly rate and how long the job should take. If replacement parts are required ask for receipt to avoid paying more than the workman paid.

Called this company for an estimate and although they were quick to come out and issue an estimate for the work we needed done, when it came to actually book the job I had no contact from ten. Every time I called I got their answer machine service and I left countless messages asking them to return my call but didn't ever hear back. I also emailed them a number of times and left messages on their website a number of times. I think I wanted this work to be done around about April! And I STILL have never had a returned call or email! It's to the point that I actually asked te plumber I did get in the end if he knew whether Mastersons had gone bust!! I assumed they must be no more! Clearly they weren't after my business so I wanted to make a point of letting others know how I was treated. They obviously don't want or need any business so don't bother wasting time giving them a call. That's my advice!
