We revamped our complex at Hinton on the Green which involved substantial ground work. Brian Bishop & Son did most of the ground work including building a beautiful gabion wall. I was very happy with the quality of the job with attention to detail and being able to keep largely the budget. I was thankful for the way Brian helped me through when other trades let me down and provided advices on drainage and other building issues. I would well recommend Brian Bishop & Son Groundworks to anyone, as I would definitely use them again.

We contracted Brian Bishop & Son to construct a house we are building to wall plate level. They started well and their groundwork was good and work below ground floor level was of reasonable standard. However, from then on thing started to go badly wrong. Especially disappointing was the the quality of block and brickwork, messy work, the many serious mistakes made that required significant rework and their attitude and behavior when things went amiss. We kept giving them the benefit of the doubt but hey ended up running out of money and not finishing the project. All in all using them caused us a lot of aggravation and high cost in corrective action. By way of contrast, the other trades we have engaged have been mainly excellent.
