Excellent service

We came in with our 3 year old while looking for paint, she was being a little terror and the lovely assistant came to chat to her and distract her while mummy and daddy looked for paint. She went above and beyond, she didn’t have to do this but it made our visit a lot easier! We shop here often now and all the staff are lovely.

LGBT couple discrimination in store.

Very disappointed to be discriminated against at your Horsham branch because my partner and I are a female to female couple. We visited Horsham branch on the 23rd of September to buy £250 worth of Farrow and Ball paint. The assistant made it very difficult for us to sign up to the membership scheme, trying to prevent us from doing so even when we were being served by another colleague. It has taken 2 weeks for the branch manager to finally write a weak apology that compounds the discrimination that occurred. They confirm that new customers will be treated differently, it will be assumed they are trying to get on the membership scheme multiple times and not be treated in the same courteous manner as long standing customers. They state the membership card is a cash card - it clearly states on the back of the card this is not a cash card. The membership offer is designed to encourage new customers. I am deeply upset to receive such a poor response.
