Was nice to work with the locksmith. I wanted to install very expensive electronic lock, but John offered to install additional lock to existing (he said the door was less expensive than the lock itself, ha-ha. I turned my pride down a little). And this decision saved my money. Thank you.

2 weeks ago, I needed a lock change on my internal doors in the house and called them, Brent Locksmiths. The technician came in time. He was in uniform, introduced himself and did his work with no troubles. Then, he charged the price as we agreed over the phone earlier, no extra as I had no additional work to be done. The change was without damaging my door. I liked that. Thank you. Would recommend.

I will never use these people again or recommend rhem to anyone as the locksmith is very dishonest. I requested my lock to be change lead told £69.00 for labour on the arrival of the locksmith he told me that he would put ahigh security lock on which he total it to cost £186.00 I had £180.00 which he took and said its ok only to find out that the lock cost £17.27 l rang him to let him know that I found out he had ripped me off and after numerous phone calls he said he would come for the lock and make me a refund only to take out lock hand me £81.00 and ran off
