All that was missing was the horses

I arrived at the depot with my list in hand and questions regarding the tools. I'd selected.
Tbf the person behind the counter, it was the manager I believe. Was really informative regarding the tools I'd need for my DIY project.
Being a local. Business man myself I was appalled by what I was asked next.
I was told that it I were to pay cash, I'd be able to have a 50% discount, as it was my first order.
I made my excuses and quickly left.
I have suffered first hand from staff members, taking advantage of cash only deals and items going through the back door.
It's this type of behaviour that can ruin people's lively hood.
I for one will not be using this place again
