Branch Cottage Cattery & Kennels

My elderly Jack Russell stayed at the kennels for a few nights. As she is deaf and partially blind, she struggled to adapt to her new surroundings. However, the owners recognised this and gave her extra time and support to make her time there as comfortable as possible including providing extra bedding as she was choosing to sleep on the floor! I would highly recommend these kennels.

Lovely place and owners are genuine pet lovers. Never used the cattery but our dog always seems happy on return.

We have been entrusting our cats to Branch Cottage for more than ten years. We do so in the certain knowledge that they will be safe, well-cared for and given daily affection and attention.
When I went to collect our Lucy today, after giving me her usual greeting, she went back to her bad, curled up, and clearly would have been perfectly happy to stay. There cannot be a better recommendation than that.

Have been using Branch for a few years now. Our dog always gets excited when he realises where he's going and is happy to be left there. We've always returned to a happy, clean, well looked after dog. The owners are really friendly and genuinely love animals. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Highly recommended.

We visited several kennels looking for somewhere for our dog to stay while on holiday. Our hearts told us that this was the right place for her as we felt like she would be cared for and not just placed in the kennel. Our hearts were so right, she stayed there last night for a little taster in preparation for her longer stay at the end of the month. When we picked her up this morning, she was happy to see us but looked like she had a lovely time. We were told all about her stay, her eating, her walks and her care so we knew she had been very well cared for. It felt like we had family looking after her and the kisses she gave them before we left showed how well she had been looked after. Thank you for taking such good care of Roxy for us, I would recommend you to anyone looking for a lovely place to stay. ������
