The gym is full of equipment therefore each workout is varied, challenging and hard work. The dietary advice is easy to follow and effective. Each session is different and as soon as you have mastered a technique more reps are included or heavier weights are used so there is no chance of ever getting bored. John motivates you all the way and pushes you a bit harder each time so the training really is personal - not like training in an ordinary gym. It is fun, keeps your stress level low and your fitness level high. What are you waiting for...?
