Matt (DSA Approved Driving Instructor) is based in Cwmbran and teaches a variety of learners to drive from school leavers to adult learners.

Matt provides manual and automatic driving lessons across Cwmbran, Pontypool, New Inn, Griffithstown, Abergavenny, Newport, Caerleon, Ponthir, Rogerstone, Risca, Bassaleg, Langstone and surrounding areas.

His cars are maintained to the highest possible standard to ensure that you the learner is always safe.

Matts aim is always to provide the best customer service to all of his learners and ensures that he keeps up to date with a variety of training techniques to ensure that you pass in the quickest and safest way possible.

Matt uses Newport and Abergavenny test centres but will be happy to discuss alternative venues.

Amazing instructor!!

Passed 2nd time today with Matt after years of putting off learning, I’m an extremely anxious driver and Matt completely put me at ease and has made my confidence grow so much. Such a patient, professional and kind instructor. Highly recommend.

I was very lucky, Matt was my first driving instructor, absolutely good environment to learn driving (relaxed), he explains everything clearly, very informative. I passed my test at first try, automatic, his car is easy to use and probably has the best interior design. ( specially, when it comes to "show me questions"). Highly recommended. 10/10

The best instructor around

I started learning with Matt late last year, I had very low confidence after being with some bad instructors before. As soon as I started driving with Matt my confidence grew and grew, to the point I knew I could trust in my driving and be less critical of myself, Matt was very patient with me when I was learning maneuvers and would always make it fun and interesting. I just had my test yesterday and passed first time with two minor faults, if it wasn’t for Matt I would have given up by now as I never imagined this day would come. I’m so great full if I could go back in time and learn again I would have started here, also I was able to book all my lessons around my work and son, and even had a few lessons with my son in the car too. I’m so excited to start my next chapter but I couldn’t have done it with another instructor.
