I was challenging with Home Office to get a visa for 10 years. I worked with some solicitors but all failed. Finally I met with Mr. Lakhvinder Braitch through my friend who advised me. I refused a few times but I was hopeful with Mr, Braitch. I noticed he has experience, he is helpful and I decided to make new application with him. At the end I granted to stay in the uk, I got my Biometric Residence Card and I am so happy, my family is happy. Many thanks to Mr. Lakhvinder Braitch after successful result. I have received an Excellent Service from the beginning to end. I can not describe my feelings on this issue by the words. All done with Lakhvinder. I appreciate you, thank you again...

My experience with these solicitors have been very rewarding and this is the fact that they showed that they were determined to win and they have given me great advice. They are not the 1st solicitors I have had, but they are surely the best. I would definitely recommend and would use them again for any legal advice in the future.

My experience with Braitch Solicitors was exciting and hope-sustaining right from the outset. After listening to me need, I was explained in a very clear manner, the various steps, stages and processes that we would need in order to achieve my goal. Their desire and determination to ensure that success is attained is so encouraging. Success was more or less a guarantee given their hard work. The lone area with room for improvement in my view is around communication. In other words there is need to do respond to customers' correspondence as soon as is possible so that the customer does not feel like they have been forgotten. Notwithstanding this short-coming, I would go back to them any time and would highly recommend Braitch Solicitors to anyone - really.

Notary Public?

Apparently a Notary Public according to their website "The solicitors at Braitch Solicitors act as commissioners for oaths in respect of the taking of affidavits and statutory declarations for this country".

Except I needed a statutory declaration to be witnessed and was told they couldn't help. They then pointed me at the Magistrates Court assuring me "It's free there anyway".

Of course it's not free. A simple statutory declaration I hoped to wrap up quickly has now been turned into a two week wait for a court appointment, so thanks for that.
