Graham front of house know everything about meat from lambs having 2 legs not 4 to the anatomy of boning a chicken he is a fountain of knowledge. The food is just as good would highly recommend!

We have been using Brains for many years now and their service has been outstanding . The quality of the meat is always excellent and tasty - it is many years now since we have bought meat from a supermarket and we would never go back . If there has ever been any issue with the meat then there has been no issue with discussing it and offering an alternative . Keep up the fab work
