bad experience - therapist did the opposite of what I wanted.

I booked a session with Lar with the purpose of removing a part of my personality which I felt was complicating my life, but during the session I was persuaded to do the opposite and instead incorporate it more fully into my persona. This is the opposite of what I wanted, so I do not think it was at all appropriate or ethical to suggest this during the session and then proceed to do this without adequate time to reflect on the suggestion.
