Delighted that even with Coronavirus and things being so very difficult Bracknell Ariels still came out and fixed my virgin cables when Virgin won’t even answer their phones or messages, very impressed.

Within 24 hours of the initial call I'd had their installer out to quote and he was back the next morning to fit the aerial. Great communication between customer, head office and installer, very quick turnaround and fair price plus I now have a working TV in my annex. The installer was a really good bloke who went out of his way to help. I'm really happy with everything!
