After reading the last review i feel i have to write this review. I strongly dissagree with all the statments made towards Carl, i have been an account holder with Braceys builders merchants since i opened my business as a landscaper 8 years ago. Over the years i have seen staff come and go a few times! asfor Carl i have known since he started, i find him to be a comitted,freindly, conciencious staff member, and have now asked him for his mobile number as i am sick of my orders and deliveries not working out well with other staff members i deal with. And as for Dai what a star, and i do agree on the lorry issue, newer vehicles would be a good idea, fewer breakdowns and more deliveries sound good to me!!!
