Lack of customer service

Still waiting for my pink square planter, ordered on the 3rd January 24, tried ringing 4 times, never any answer. Then emailed, got a reply from Joshua Rundle saying they made them to order and should be with me by the 24th, guess what nothing has arrived... should have checked the reviews, customer service is shocking!

Great planters efficient delivery

Have ordered from this company 5 times over the years and every time the product has been great quality for the price.

The last delivery was by their own van and arrived in good time and in pristine condition.
