The staff....every time I go in, I ask myself...why?!

Lazy. Entitled. Unprofessional. Rude.
They stand around chatting while massive lines build up. They yell at each other. They move so slowly and offer no apologies for the time things take. They're just so infuriating. I now go to the roundabout and back and go into ESSO, and then do a U turn back...I'd rather do this than put up with the atrocious service in this place. INFURIATING.
