Well where do i start. Police wrongly recovered my mercedes because they thought it was stolen because it’s registered to Croydon and was parked in Brentwood. For me to get to the compound and get the car back with £6,000 worth of damage! (quoted by mercedes) God knows how they treat people’s valued cars because mine has been bashed in every corner and alloy. not to mention i’ve been waiting 3 weeks from a call back from customer services to talk about the damage. Awful company no one answers the phone, no one helps you it’s like getting blood out of a stone!!

is this any way to run a recovery service

how the hell do you actually contact these guys. Police advised my vehicle has been recovered to this place, and they do not answer the phone, answerphone says - "no one available and you can't leave a message, try later". Its like doing the lottery, no bl**dy chance!

Trying to contact company as given there number as car was siezed police said call them ti see where car is based been calling for 4 hours no answer then it says line busy straight after i ring
