BEYOND BAD !!!

Waited 15 minutes at the bar on arrival before anyone came to serve us, the place was filthy dirty, the ladies toilets were horrendous with only 1 toilet having a lock on it and that was filthy, and a few of the other toilets had no seats, toilet roll all over the floor and wet toilet paper stuck all over the ceiling !!! Tried to get in contact with the company, but impossible as it seems the website has not been updated.
