Bowen Therapy

I am experienced in treating many conditions, but specialise in sciatica, back pain, shoulder problems including frozen shoulders, rotator cuff injuries and bursitis, nerve pain, weakness and/or numbness in the arms and hands, neck pain, whiplash, headaches and migraines. Sports injuries and improving postural aligniment are also areas of particular interest. The Bowen technique is my primary therapy due to its effectiveness but I also use other techniques such as myofascial release, nerve gliding, yoga, exercises and deep relaxation techniques when required.
