Bowen-by-Mena

I struggled to walk into my Bowen Therapy with Mena last night after a particularly painful night and day of lower back pain. After an hour of Bowen and vagus techniques working all over my body concentrating on lymph areas I almost skipped out. Colleagues were amazed to see me go from stooping and limping in pain to walking upright and confident the following day. Mena's calm and positive approach immediately puts you at ease, no matter how difficult the pain is.

I had a knee replacement In 2019 . Unfortunately I’ve had a lot of pain since . The treatment Mena gave has improved my mobility and lessened the pain.
Over the locked down period I did lots of Zoom calls . Resulting with aches and pains in the back of my skull neck and shoulders . Since my treatments I’m very glad to say I have no more tension .
