My mother, who is 95, always has her hair done at Nicky's. She has amazingly thick strong hair and has it coloured, cut and set regularly, and it always looks good. The girls who do it are very kind and patient and I am very grateful to them for taking such care with my mother's hair - and she is not always the easiest client!

Awful service.

I had my hair cut by Kate who was more concerned with looking at herself and talking about her issues than finding out what I wanted! Ended up leaving the salon with a style nothing like I'd asked for. Will never use again and definitely won't recommend. If I could have a zero rating I would have.

Whoever you are I really don't think you actually came to our salon as you have posted awful comments about other salons in the area I don't know who u are and why you are slating us and other bath salons. You obviously had around 6 haircuts that week as all comments you have made are days apart. Very strange. Anyway we are a very successful salon with very happy loyal customers my staff are all amazing and are all very busy with a great clientelle.
Enough said.!!!!
Maybe if you weren't happy you should of contacted us back and we could of sorted something instead of the awful comment you made about my salon and one of my staff.
