Bourne Travel

I have written a review before but looking on the reviews today cannot see it.
David is giving an exceptional service ,courteous and on time the twice we used him. Do not be put off by the negative reviews. We will definitely continue to use Bourne travel, and will recomend.

Excellent service. Booking was confirmed by email as requested. Flight arrived early from U.S. and driver was waiting. Picked up on time at 5.45am for return to Heathrow. Courteous and helpful.

I had used these before with no problems so decided to use again. Booked airport taxi 8 months in advance.Rang 2 days before to confirm booking. Should of had alarm bells ringing when he was hesitant confirming. Meant to be picked up for at 02.00 in the morning for a flight at 06.00 tried ringing from 02.15 no answer, ringing constantly to no avail, waited till 2.30 then had to drive ourselves to the airport booking a parking space on the way so you can imagine how much that cost. When I finally managed to get through to someone they said they had put the pickup time as 2pm, surely in this day and age businesses use the 24 hr clock to avoid these mistakes, I think this was just an excuse because I know they do chauffeur service and I think this takes priority over other bookings as they charge more money. Definitely wont ever use again there are better taxis to use.

Arrived early for a Gatwick drop off so reliable service. However if you’re travelling with a baby bring your own car seat. The car seat supplied was not suitable and would not reach safety standards. It looked more like a very old toy car seat.
