I booked my car in for an MOT at Bourne Auto Centre. I was pleasantly surprised by how very friendly and helpful the staff were. I arrived early and while they were clearly busy and a little congested they were very accommodating. The work required was promptly dealt with without any delays. It was a pleasure to encounter such efficient and helpful folk.

Great service, took my car here for a service agreed the price before hand, was called to be notified of any findings so I could decide whether I wanted them to do them! Work was carried out within a few hours!

Took my car to them, they were polite and kept me informed, the work carried out to good standard and they were cheaper, was quoted £1800 and £1600 for a new turbo at different garages, Bourne Auto Center did it for £1000 admittedly they fitted a reconditioned turbo, but the car is old and has done 200k so I didn't see the need for a new one. Overall very pleased.

appalling service, very rude staff, and extremely poor standard of work. Also taken off parts that were not damaged and "lost" them. Avoid them at all costs - will cause you nothing but inconvenience and additional cost getting their sub standard work carried out elsewhere.

Quite simply stay away from these people. Dishonest, incredibly poor quality of work and clearly try and take advantage. My experience is based on using them several times and being too trusting and forgiving. Never again and I recommend you look elsewhere .
