Booked our return Taxi from Silverstone to Hunsbury for 10pm, a day in advance. Received sms confirmation at 9:35pm on the day, saying they will be with us shortly.
After 10pm we called back, and we were told the driver had only just been notified and would be another 25 minutes!
Staff were rather rude and seemed unbothered as they already had our money either way.
Use at your peril!

Never get picked up by a guy with taxi licence 1207. His car smells and he is very rude and a bad driver

Ordered a taxi in the summer to collect me from the train station for when my train arrives. My train was late close to 5 minutes and the taxi was nowhere to be found. I called again and was told the taxi left after it had “waited” and I didn’t show. It was after 8pm, there were no black cabs at the station and another taxi wasn’t available for another hour.

Please don't waste your money with this company. Chances are you'll be charged exorbitant amounts of money and won't get to your destination. Then when you call the office, the blond office lady on the other end of the line has the worst attitude and language. Save yourself the misery, read the other reviews about this company on Google and avoid

Very POOR performance. Booked with them on the morning for a mini bus, one taxi car came over 1 hour late. Many calls made to them after the pick up time, Yet they still managed to get it all wrong. Do NOT use them. Only gave 1 star as you cant give 0 stars.
