Booked a taxi for 6 people asked several times to confirm it was a taxi for 6 passengers & they said that was fine. The one turned up was for 4 so had to order another one was really cross as we were going to the train station. No apologies they really couldn’t have cared less.

Late Again

Once again my taxi was later and is the second time I have missed my train due to the taxi coming late.

I book my taxi 3-4 days in advance and leave enough time so to ensure not to get caught out by traffic. But its not the traffic that causes the issue, its the lateness of the taxi.

When I call to speak to a manager, I always get given an email address and never they respond.

Will not use again!!

Late, Slow and Careless

Taxi was 30 minutes late, driver proceeds to drive 10 miles at 20mph causing me to miss my train no way to contact for a refund so I would highly avoid!

BOUND to FAIL

Continuously send taxis either too early ( 15 min early in one case then asked to rebook! )
Rebooked for soonest available 30 mins , they told me taxi was outside, but so were we and not a car in sight let alone a bounds Taxi, I called them again, told me I had missed 2 taxis and it would be another 30 min wait.. would that have come as advised? this wasnt the 1st time we have been let down by Bounds, so never again.
previous occasion's saw our taxi and they took others instead, and again told our car was waiting and had to go... it was never there... I should have learnt my lesson before.. should rename their firm. BOUNDS TO FAIL.
Just a note... its the controllers and not the drivers that should take the blame for their misgivings. and I think they know who they are..

Disgraceful taxi services took payments twice just one journey in to town and no refund very rude to me and son when trying to resolve the issue
