Overpriced for what it is

A puzzling experience. Coffee has improved over the years, but still more expensive than Starbucks, Costa etc.
Also had a bacon bap for £2.15, which took about 10 mins to arrive (they weren't overly busy).
The roof was leaking so there were buckets everywhere, and some of the other customers appear to have forgotten to wash!
It's OK....just a bit nothingy. Loads of staff without great service, lots of competition but no offers, and undifferentiated menu.
