Boston Cottage B&B for One, caters for the professional business client or tourist wanting to explore the area. Our lovely Georgian home is ideally located for York, Leeds & Harrogate and is only a 3 minute drive from the A1. If you are fed up of always being given the smallest room in the building then Boston Cottage is for you. Large bedroom with contemporary ensuite, Sheridan bedding, TV, Tea and Coffee making facilities,as well as your very own drawing room so that you can really spread out. A warm welcome awaits you, with complimentary tea or coffee and biscuits & water and toiletries.

We really want you to feel at home. A delicious continental Yorkshire breakfast will be served to you in the drawing room.

Boston Spa is a gem of a place. Situated on the river Wharfe, there are fabulous walks within a few hundred yards of the cottage. Great shops, restaurants and cafes as well as individual shops.

At £50 a night: Sun-Thurs and £65 a night : Fri-Sat. Evening meals by arrangement.

Great Hospitality

I have been staying on and off at Boston Cottage over the last few months and cannot recommend it enough. Lots of special treats like smoothies and chocolates! Nothing is too much trouble. Superb value for money for excellent accommodation.

Just stunning! Beats staying at a hotel...

I'm not really one for staying in B&B's, but I decided to stay here as I was visiting a relative in the village and it made life a lot easier than travelling miles to a hotel.
Im so pleased I did decide to stay as it's simply a gorgeous little find and great value for money.
Very spacious, beautifully decorated and comfortable. Will definitely stay again - provided the owners want me back!
