Boss Garage Doors came and replaced my ancient wooden garage door that was badly weathered and falling apart, and replaced it with a really nice wood-effect roller one that is alarmed. It looks really good. I'm very pleased with the product and the workmanship.

I had a problem towards the end of the warranty period with scratch lines in the middle of my roller garage door.
Boss Garage Doors visited and removed some of the marks and fitted DIY foam on the front apron.
On a further investigation I realised the front apron was bent inwards by 12mm.
Boss Garage Doors have since not accepted my telephone calls and ignored my emails.

Martin from Boss garage doors came on time to give us a quote for a new garage door. Explained that there was an approximately 6/8 weeks wait because of COVID-19. Martin kept us informed about when our door would be available for installation. Jason came installed our door he worked without fuss clearing any mess he made and was very professional. We had a slight disappointment because we ordered extra locking system on our door unfortunately the suppliers failed to put the extra lock on the door.Martin wasted no time in contacting the supplier to arrange for the extra locks to be forwarded. Jason came put the extra lock on and again worked and left no mess . Would definitely recommend Boss garage doors. Many thanks Martin.
