Shouldn't be open

Having been turned away as they are running an appointment only service we returned a week later at the appointed time to be told they didn't have an optician available and we would need to rebook. Whilst trying to arrange another time my little boy reached for a pair of frames and was shouted at by a member of staff. He was visably shaken and scared.
Shouting COVID at a child is not acceptable!

Awful

Appalling service
You sign up with direct debit for lenses they then chose totally random review dates , have limited weekend appointments that never run even close to time and then refuse to hand over lenses that you have already paid for
Rude and unhelpful optometrist
Lots of local choice so avoid!
