The girls in Craigshill Boots are great, they are very hard working, will help with anything, very friendly. It’s a very busy shop and even though they’re short staffed atm they always get the job done. I’ve used this chemist for years and never had a problem. Even when it’s extremely busy and people are moaning that they’re in a hurry they are still very polite. Highly recommended this pharmacy. Thank you so much for everything you do for us girls and occasional boys(from Livingston) and especially now with this covid19 going above and beyond.

For 40% of the time, my prescription is either not ready. on time, and is often short on drugs.
Given that Boots manage my script, and know 8 weeks in advance what drugs I get, it is just not acceptable that on many occasions, I have to do without some doses, or be short for one day, two days, or indeed, on one occasion five weeks.
We are prescribed tablets to treat medical conditions, and if we do not get them, our treatment suffers.
Service has gone downhill completely since Boots took over. some of the girls treat the customers with disdain, doing anything to avoid serving them, leaving queues up to the door and beyond.
frequent mistake are made in the dispensing of the drugs, either as said before, they are just not there, or are short, or are over,.
And here I sit, not knowing if my 8 week supply will be ready prior to the holidays--they couldn't tell me.
Not good enough. So may other people say the same. Not just me. I would give - five stars if I could.
