Bootcamp Sessions are held at Stave Hill in Russia Dock Woodlands. Come along and join in the fun for a fantastic workout with a fantastic group that will always motivate you!

Bootcamp sessions are held five days a week by Stave Hill, Russia Dock Woodlands, Canada Water SE16 6AX. Sessions are every Monday through to Thursday evenings, and Saturday and Sunday mornings.

Suitable for all adult ages and abilities, our sessions will have you burning calories, blasting fat, increasing your strength endurance and improving your over all fitness. Why not bring along a friend, relative or colleague and join in the fun.

No two sessions are the same, this will challenge your fitness levels and get you progressing in no time. We have seen some amazing results in bootcamp and are very proud of our participants. The group is very social and there is a great element of fun involved.

So why not bring along a friend, relative or colleague and join in the fun. It doesn't matter if you are totally new to exercise, or a regular gym-go-er, the class is open to everyone.

Don't be scared....

Don't be scared off by the word, Bootcamp! Yes it's hard, if you really push yourself. We are all different levels, all abilities, many with injuries like me, but if don't let yourself be held back and give it a go. If I can do with weak knees after surgery and a history of back problems there's no excuses! Just give it a go, I did 18 months ago and I am about to have my 100th session, something I would have thought impossible! Believe in yourself 👊

Stay motivated - Never look back

I love Steph's Bootcamp. Every session is different, fun and exciting. Attending twice a week has upped my cardio, strength and flexibility. No two classes are the same so you never get bored and which makes it addictive (especially when you start to see results!) I have joined and quit two gyms in the last year but the variety in Steph's Bootcamp session have kept me motivated to keep coming every week!

The Ultimate Bootcamp Experience

I started Bootcamp SE16 with Stephanie last August and have never looked back. It is safe to say that Bootcamp has changed my life - this is the fittest and lightest I have been in my adult life. Each session is fun and varied - no two sessions are the same. Steph is innovative with her drills, her equipment and use of Stave Hill and she will make sure that the exercises are tailored to all abilities. She is the ultimate motivator, all you need to do is be a sport! What are you waiting for?

A great way to get fit in SE16

This is fantastic exercise class. The sessions are varied enough never to get boring but challenging enough to push you to improve your overall fitness levels. The classes are suitable for all abilities and are held in a lovely outdoor setting irregardless of the weather conditions. Even in winter time the view from Stave Hill is impressive. The class is run by Stephanie who is expertly qualified, enthusiastic and committed to getting you in the best shape of your life. Cajoled on by Stephanie and urged on by your fellow bootcampers you will be able to complete those last couple of reps and finish the session knowing you have really worked out. And you will return for more because you will see the improvement and you will want to keep the momentum going and also catch up with the rest of the gang. It is way cheaper than a gym membership and a lot more fun. Thoroughly recommended.

You have to try this!

One word - fantastic! I have been attending for 6 weeks and in that time have become fitter, stronger and more determined, whilst meeting a bunch of lovely people. Steph is a great trainer who will help you lift your workout to the next level. Her class caters for all levels of fitness and the drills will challenge you every time, while having fun (yes, it's fun!) and working as a team. It's a great way to get outside and make your workout different, and I guarantee you will see results. It's great value for money too so try it, you will not be disappointed!
