Beautiful flowers! Excellent staff.

We used this wonderful florist for my mum's funeral and were very impressed by how beautiful the arrangements were on the day. Many people commented on how beautiful the flowers. All the staff were super helpful and patient with our questions which was much appreciated. They also opened up early on a Monday morning to deliver flowers for an early morning funeral. Would highly recommend.

I called from the USA on Sunday and with the time difference it would have been just after lunchtime in the UK. I needed a very quick turn around on a floral tribute for a funeral of a very dear friend which I only just found out was taking place tomorrow morning in Liverpool UK. I forgot to ask the name of the lovely Scottish lady I spoke to but would like to thank her for her help. She walked me through placing my order over the phone and given the time was getting closer to their 4pm closing on a Sunday, she assured me that they would stay late to fulfil my order. I can't thank you enough, Booker Flowers and Gifts will definitely be my go to for flowers in the future and I will recommend them to anyone for their pleasant and professional manner in which they deal with their customers.

Lovely flowers, patient and helpful staff

I cannot thank Booker Flowers enough for their patience and help in arranging a delivery of flowers to my parents’ grave. Their patience and helpfulness is second to none. The flower arrangement was photographed and emailed to me the same day - the flowers were exactly as shown on the website. I have no hesitation in recommending Booker Flowers.

Booker Flowers and Gifts came through for me. I live in the USA and am not familiar with UK postal codes and did not know the address where the funeral service was to be held. Emma tracked down the information for me on her own and delivered on time and the arrangement was more than I expected.
