I wanted an established, reputable company to fix my electrics so I rang up Booker and Best because I see their name all over the place in Hastings. So, I rang them up and they agreed to attend a couple of weeks later, on 29 September, to fix my lighting circuit, But they did not turn up and they did not ring me to say they had to do it next day (which I would have accepted). Don't bother with them.

Efficient, reliable, arrived @ 8.30 left @ 10.30. Job done to complete satisfaction. Explained all, technician obliging and smiling. Cleaned up when finished. That's all you need to know!

booker and worst (not best useless)

by worst company we have ever dealt with phoned up at 11am two days ago spoke to an adviser who said an engineer would be with us between 12 pm and 5 pm no contact to us at all from them we then phoned up 4 times said they were on there way no one knew about the phone call until we spoke to a guy named david out of hours and phoned again at 5:10 pm and then sent the wrong guy out of who was a plumber even though we o told them it was electrical over the phone will not be using this company ever again worst ever customer skills the guy on the phone was so rude and disinterested saying yeah and yeah and about 3 times
