Carpet and laminate fitted by Boldmere fitter Mark, damaged laminate reported with promise to replace despite numerous phone calls and texts from May onwards all efforts to contact have proved fruitless with no response received

Very happy customer . Boldmere carpets went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with everything from start to finish . A special thank you to Terry and Mark for going out their way to help . Definitely recommend and I personally won’t be going anywhere else .

Rude, unorganised and unprofessional

Two no shows with us having to chase them up to find out they weren’t coming.
When I told him I would have to take more time off work so this should be reflected in the price he told me I had no sense of reality and no human touch.
Very rude, unorganised and unprofessional. Cancelled the order despite it being more inconvenience to go with them as they couldn’t guarantee someone would actually show up.
