Terrible, avoid

Never answer the phone, online chat or emails. In fact they even told me they switched their phones off for a month when energy prices increased. I've moved house and don't have oil at the new house but I cannot get out of the 12 month contract, even though I don't need oil.

Been with them nearly a year, unfortunately their customer servcie has collapsed, they have a contact number which is impossible to get through to, I then check out local fuel price only to find its as least 15p a litre including tax than their alleged purchasing power prices
Ive got about £45 in the account and little hope of gettin that back

Hard Faced

They failed to deliver my oil on stipulated day ,took money out of our account,we are both elderly , left with no oil then they were asked to refund my money to our account ,and the cheeky hard faced sods took ,as i can only say was an administration fee ,for something they messed up .please please DONT DEAL WITH THIS UNDERHANDED BUNCH

Service? What service?

I've had the same terrible as all the other bad reviewers, having eventually paying double what I was initially quoted. One thing no one has mentioned or perhaps not noticed? They charge a service fee of £4.99. I have received a refund of my payment but they have had the barefaced cheek to keep the service fee. I have emailed them asking "What service?" but as you might guess they have not replied. Hopefully this incident will do the Company a lot of harm.

untrustworthy boiler juice

paid BJ £370 booked in everything fine then just over 3 weeks said they cannot provide the service i paid for and sending the money back. i checked the price and it was now £950. i am fuming they took my money and wont honor it. so hard to get in touch with. been using them for years but never again and will keep trying to get my oil. the robbing gets will try everything to rip you off
