Tel got back to me within one hour of ringing him and turned up on the said day to do my job,pleasure to have in the house and tops at his job,will definitely book him to keep my boiler in order and any other jobs that may arise!

Friendly, clear, quick and communicative - 5 stars!

Absolutely amazing service, both in person and by email. Enquired on the Wednesday, fitted in for a cancellation on the Thursday. Tel was absolutely lovely, explained everything to me really clearly and felt completely comfortable and happy that I'd chosen such a great company. Cannot recommend enough, they now have me as a customer for life!

Fantastic Service

Excellent service from Tel. I called him on an emergency basis and requested he attend a property in Norwich to fix a damaged 22mm copper gas pipe in the sub-floor of the property. I explained the job requirements, specifying that the repair would need to be soldered fittings as opposed to compression fittings. Tel confirmed he could accomodate this, was at the property within the hour, conducted the repair and was away in a further hour. His customer service was great and the cost of the works was incredibly reasonable. I will certainly be using Tel again in a time of need!
